At this year’s Geneva Motor Show, which begin to the media on March 1, Suzuki unveiled the Swift S-CONCEPT model. The design of Swift S-CONCEPT follows the theme of “more sporty and exciting” and mirrored by its stylish appearance with bold, emphasize body work design and rear roof spoiler.

The Swift S-CONCEPT incorporate the concept of a premium sport concise with uncompromised performance. The body is 30mm lower and 60mm wider than that of the standard Swift and has such a strong visual presence that it doesn’t appear as compact as it actually is. Dynamic-looking front and rear bumpers and a big rear spoiler evoke high levels of acceleration and power and 18-inch wheels give a sense of stability and firmness . The headlamps and rear combination lamps have exclusive designs with high-tech stress.

Suzuki’s sporty DNA is sent back in a Unique Lightning Pearl Yellow body which communicates intensity and depth and agitation one of Suzuki’s core values.For the interior, the steering wheel and instrument cluster have expensive designs with Recaro Sport styled seats in the front, parts of the centre console are made of carbon fibre, which communicate a tuition identity.

1. Chevrolet Beat with factory Fitted LPG


Recently Chevrolet has launched its sedan Chevrolet AVEO CNG in India. The choice of operating a car on cheaper and cleaner fuels like CNG and LPG works really well for car buyers who are concerned about the high running costs of the petrol cars.The very obvious benefits of a factory fitted LPG / CNG kit is that the kit is more reliable, tested for quality and safety standards and does not void the warranty of the engine unlike after-market LPG / CNG kits. Mahindra Reva electric car company will launch its four seater electric car Mahindra Reva NXR In India in the year 2011. Mahindra And Mahindra President Pawan Goenka mentioned that Reba NXR Electric car will make its debut in India by 2011. The recent incentives announced by Govt. on India for electric cars will help keep the price for end consumer low and accelerate sales of REVA NXR. So far, only 2 seater variant of Reva Electric car is available in India, NXR will be the first four seater all electric car in India. Honda has unveiled its new small car, based on the Honda Small Car Concept displayed at Auto Expo 2010 in Delhi, India. The car is named Honda Brio and has been launched at the Thai Auto Show in Thailand. Brio will be a car which will be placed below the only hatchback at present in India from Honda, the Honda Jazz. Honda Brio is a compact hatchback from Honda with modern looks and design. The Brio launched in Thailand is a 4 door variant and not the 2 door as the concept vehicle. The styling is neat neat and sharp. Grille is compact and gives it a pointed look from front with two beautiful crystal headlamps. The car has been launched in Thailand as of now and will come to India about one year later. The assembly of the Brio in India will take place at the Greater Noida plant of Honda SIEL.

Suzuki has released new pictures of its outgoing Swift hatchback, containing the first shots of its interior.The new hatch gets a slight smaller, but more effective1.2-liter inline-four that produce 93 horsepower thanks to variable valve timing on both the intake and exhaust cams. The manual transmission model now has a rating of 47 miles per gallon (U.S.) on the EU combined cycle with CO2 emissions of 116 grams per kilometer. That's 6.5 mpg better than the outgoing model. The car has bunch of new engines ranging from 1.2 liter and 1.4 liter direct injected petrol engine to a 1.5 liter K Series petrol engine.

The car has cluster of new engines ranging from 1.2 liter and 1.4 liter direct injected petrol engine to a 1.5 liter K Series petrol engine.About 84 bhp will be created by 1.2 Liter direct injected petrol engine which available in new Suzuki Swift. The 1.4 liter direct injected petrol motor will also get some turbo treatment to create about 148 Bhp. Now the 1.4 liter direct injected Turbo straight puts into the European Fiat Grande Punto Sports territory and with the Swift, Suzuki is all set to gun for the Fiat Grande Punto in European markets.Maruti Suzuki may pit this new generation swift against the Fabia and soon to be launched Honda Jazz and Fiat Grande Punto while continuing the current swift.
