Tesla CEO Elon Musk today sent out a newsletter updating those interested in Tesla financial situation, its Daimler partnership to create battery packs for an electric version of the Smart car, new Tesla Sales & Service Centers that will open by the end of this year, updates on the battery replacement program and additional updates being made to the Tesla Roadster.
